In-Home Caregivers

Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services is a not-for-profit health and social service agency serving individuals and families in the Chicagoland area.  Hamdard Center is currently seeking to hire dependable and hard working caregivers to assist seniors in their homes with household tasks such as light house keeping, planning and preparing meals following special diets, doing laundry, shopping and running errands, assistance with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and accompanying the senior on doctor's visits.

Job Requirements:

• Bi-lingual in Bosnian, Urdu, or Hindi
• 3 day initial orientation training
• TB testing
• $10 fee for background check
• Must be compassionate & courteous
• Must maintain confidentiality of services
• Must be able to provide some evening, weekend, and holiday hours
