40 Hour Domestic Violence Training - Registration Closed
The Hamdard Center Training Institute is hosting the 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training:(Classroom Training) Mon-June 19, Tues-June 20, Thurs-June 22, Mon-June 26, Thurs-June 29, 2017, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Chicago location:

One of the requirements for completing the 40 hour training is to observe in a domestic violence courtroom. The training consists of 36 hours in the classroom and 4 hours court observation. More information will be provided during class.
Please complete the registration form and pay at the time of registration.
Individual Fee $250.00
Group Fee $150.00 per person (Requires a minimum of 3 people from the same agency.
Student Fee $75.00 (Must enter student I.D. information below and submit copy of ID card via email or fax to the Training & Education Manager).

Payment is required at registration.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 15, 2017 or when class is full. INDIVIDUAL FEE $250, GROUP FEE $150 each and require a minimum of 3 people, STUDENT FEE $75 (Must show current student I.D.). There are NO REFUNDS, once payment is made. Failure to attend the entire first day of training forfeits your space in the training with no refund. We reserve the right to withhold a certificate or ask a participant to leave training without a refund if the participant violates training agreements. Under the Illinois state law-the Illinois Domestic Violence Act (IDVA) – staff and volunteers of domestic violence programs are required to complete a 40-hour training to maintain confidentiality for their work with clients experiencing domestic violence. Hamdard Center is an Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional (ICDVP) approved training site.
